Beautiful Sand Hollow home with private pool, hot tub, gazebo, BBQ, 5 bedrooms, plus kids dorm, 3 bathrooms.BOOK NOW!!

The family room has a large leather sectional hide-a-bed and lazy boys, a 70-inch flat screen SMART TV with a Blue ray player, and many games and DVD's. The kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops. There is a Pottery Barn Kids table and chairs for eating or coloring.

The master suite is on the main floor, and sports a massive 4 poster Tempurpedic King bed, 2 leather Lazy Boys, a 60 inch flat screen SMART TV, Blue Ray player, walk-in closet, separate jetted tub and shower, and two vanities with granite. The London room on the main floor has a queen bed and window seat and sleeps 2. The Shanghai room, also on the main floor has a queen size bed and window seat and sleeps 2 as well.

The giant kids loft sleeps 6, and has a custom made pirate bed, boat trundle bed, princess trundle bed, and a princess carriage bed. There are many pirate and princess dress-ups, and a kid kitchen to play with, and a Melissa and Doug train set as well as kids table and chairs.

Upstairs, The Paris room sleeps two, has a queen size bed, and a sitting area. It has a 55 inch flat screen tv. The Ohana Family Suite has a tropical king bed, and a set of trundle beds, a small desk plus a walk-in closet with a toddler bed..

The house has 3 full bathrooms, all with granite counter tops, and the laundry room has two washers and two dryers.

There is a gas grill and mini fridge in the backyard, and a beautiful covered private pool with a huge slide! The covered gazebo is 20x20, and there is a shaded covered patio (20x25) with plenty of seating.

This lovely vacation house is located 2 miles from Sand Hollow, which is also known as Southern Utah's 'Recreating Heaven'.

We had everything we needed.No need to bring anything.This house was comfortable,fully stocked,.Very quiet neighborhood.Easy to navigate to differant monuments.Pool was wonderful.Hot tub was way to high temp to get in .We would rent again.Caught a few mice inside.But very very nice house.

A really nice place!

We really appreciated the pool and water slide. I don't know how many properties have such a large private pool. We spent many hours there. The area was really nice as well, with its close proximity to Sand Hollow. We would definitely look up this place if we're ever again going to southern Utah!

Summer Vacation

This property was awesome! The home was very well organized, clean and very comfortable. The backyard was beautiful. The swimming pool was huge it also has a water slide that both kids and adults enjoyed.

Nice house dont go for pool

The house was amazing all by rooms.And everything in the house were what as described. But the other reason we rented the house was for the hot tub in the pool.But apon arriving the pool and hot tub were not clean. The hot tub was half empty and didnt function. As well the water slide did not work either.Just disappointed.Owner did get hot tub eventually working and taken care of but our stay was half way over.

Love this house.

Love this house and pool. This was our second time renting this house. They have given it a face lift and it looks awesome. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and pool is nice with a big slide. The outdoor area could use some attention as there were a lot of cobwebs and spiders. Some of the furniture was broken. Water level was low so not sure their pool person is doing a good job. With all that said, it is a good price and a great place to stay. Made Joyce aware of concerns and she quickly responded to concerns. Would definitely recommend to others.

Convenient access to Sand Hollow

Overall the house was great. It has very close access to sand Hollow state park and off roading. Anyone staying here for off roading should know that if you have more than one person trailering your RZR or Jeep, there is no street parking allowed for VRBO guests. Plenty of the neighbors are parking on the street but with a threat of a $250 fine for parking on the street, you should have a plan in place for other places to park. The host had no suggestions for additional parking areas. We had 3 people with trailers and UTV's plus 4 additional vehicles. We had a lot of fun figuring out the parking situation but did our best to follow the rules. The house itself could use a little TLC but nothing major. All of the random hand written rules and instruction signs taped to the walls throughout the house were definitely tacky The spa was dirty and slightly green, the pool was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned on the scheduled Thursday before our check-in. The trash cans were so full when we got there that we had to keep most of the trash in the garage until the following Thursday. This house could be five stars with a little more attention to detail. All that being said, my family had a great time in Hurricane and most likely will be back.

DO NOOOOTTTT RENT

We have stayed at this house twice. The first time was great the second time the pool was so unsanitary all children’s ended up in the ER with double ear infection. I immediately contacted the home owner about the condition of the pool. She assured us it was fine and sent someone out 2 days later. The pool guy said and I quote “this pool is so dirty I hope you didn’t swim in it” The hot tub was only 1/4 the way full and the backyard had food and clothes left over from the previous renters. The kitchen had crumbs around the table and counter. The front door is tapped together. I messaged the homeowner about the concerns and she did not respond I then called her and she overtalked me refused to take any accountability for the conditions and hung the phone up. I then called VRBO directly and they said a dirty pool is a hazard and if we would have called them they would have immediately moved us to a new property. I wish I would have know that but have been renting with VRBO for years with no issues. I know the home owner will be commenting that this is some how my fault and their were no issues. Please if anyone wants the truth contact the city of Hurricane where a formal complaint has been filed with the health issue. I have Dr notes as well. My husband also came down with a skin infection cellulitis that he is on IV’s because it can kill you. Please read my reviews from renters as I always get and receive 5 stars. KEEP YOUR KIDS SAFE don’t go here

Great house for large group, but...

The good: The home was great for our group of 8 and could easily accommodate more. Nice living room and kitchen area for all to hang out. Good neighborhood, quiet. Very close to Sand Hollow Reservoir and Resort. House is VERY well stocked with more than enough plates, utensils, pots, pans, sugar, spices, towels, and enough soap, shampoos, and conditioners for years to come. The not-so-good: The property needs some overall TLC. Multiple smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms were chirping due to low batteries when we arrived. Garage door code did not work and garage door only opened half of the time. Front and entry was rough -- overgrown and drip irrigation lines leaking with pots overflowing and algae growing on walkway... But, the backyard was a mess. Hoses and extension cords stretched out and left across the patio. Kids toys and pool tools laying around. Cushions in the bushes and under pile of leaves. Broken pieces from hot tub brackets laying around. Stuff everywhere. The property needs a new yard crew. The bad: The neighbor's cat has taken up residence in the backyard. Always trying to sneak in the house. Will not go away. And, has made several of the chair cushions into beds as they are covered in cat hair. The cat is very friendly, but some in our party are allergic to cats, so we spent almost no time in the back patio area -- which is probably lovely when cleaned up. Also, we communicated all issues to the owner who did not reply until our last day and seemed completely uninterested. Apparently the owner had been out of the country, and was then also in the hospital when they returned...(?) The owner's health is rightfully the priority, but the property needs some attention and renters deserve some consideration. All of that said; we would stay again after the property got some TLC.

Wonderful family vacation!

Wonderful well stocked home! We were there for a family wedding at the state park just five minutes away. We loved the pool and outside area,.it was super hot when we were there over 100, the house stayed cool, shaded outside area allowed us to cook outside and enjoy. As stated the house was well stocked, all bathrooms had full size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion. Eye make up wipes, hairspray, blow-dryer. Comfy beds, and we pulled two mini vans and a car into the three car garage. Nice quiet neighborhood and Hurricane has anything you may need! ( Dairy Queen, yum!)

Great Family getaway

We had family visiting from out of town and this was the perfect house. The kids loved the themed beds, dress up clothes and toys. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There were beach towels and toys to use for the pool. Our only compliant would be the ability to watch TV. We couldn’t get any of the TVs to work. We got Netflix one night but couldn’t figure out how we did it. The remotes aren’t labeled and some don’t have batteries. We had brought our own PlayStation with us so we just streamed movies from that. Other than that, everything was amazing!

Over the stay was as the title says ok. We paid for the pool to be heated but after looking at it we deicide it was to dirty to let the kids swim in. The hot tube was empty and dirty when we showed up we talked to the host the day we showed up Sundays and it didnt get fixed until Wednesday. The TVs in the house wouldnt connect to any type od streaming so that was not awesome. They did have a dvd player and some dvds however nothing was hooked up and i had to do that but only in the living room. It could desperately use a tech refresh. Found dirty socks under one of the beds and an empty vape cartridge in another room. Overall it was a bit of a let down . Lucky we spent most od the time not at the house

Fall Tuacahn Getaway

We had a group of twelve. At night, the five women in our group went to the three plays at Tuacahn while the guys (ages 9mo - 57) enjoyed the pool, TV, and nearby pickleball court.

Beautiful house, well organized, extremely comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful. We all sleep very well. Endless fun in the pool! Sand Hollow, very close and convenient, really Fun place to go! Very friendly, and quiet community. We had a great time together there. Will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful home

Beautiful house so comfortable to sleep and have a great time. The owner tought about every single detail to make you feel comfortable. The only thing is you have to be ready to do some reading of all the instructions and rules for the house. Once you get that out of the way you’re ready to have the best time of your life.
