"The property was actually two twin villas, united by a lovely courtyard and swimming pool. The villas were spacious, very well furnished, immaculately clean and well stocked. We were a large party of 14,adults and teenagers gathered for a family reunion.The property really fit our requirements as there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax, entertain and chill.The Manager Haytham and his assistant Ibrahim were superb, very quick to respond via WhatsApp and very helpful indeed. "Brilliant villa with immaculate pool and gardens. Private access to lagoon right behind the garden gives a very different dimension to the stay. Fully private and quiet yet close to downtown hub of El Gouna. The owner is highly efficient and supportive answering numerous questions prior to our stay and helped with car-hire etc, over and above expectations. Will almost certainly return soon."

The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with several convenient amenities. "I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable....

"Very nice house in El Gouna, beautiful pool. well equipped house. Everything is available nearby (restaurants, shops, ...), a means of transport is however essential. Security procedures at the various gates sometimes a bit restrictive. However, this is not the ideal place to snorkling."
