We were unhappy with Reef, but all other options were very satisfying. If you are a big fan of snorkeling - I suggest searching for another hotel. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in the pool or on a calm beach - this is for you.

It's a great and beautiful hotel, unfortunately the transfer service is not the best not really organized. We almost missed the plane because of this. But generally the hotel and staff was great (except on the reception)

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Leider sind die Verkäufer in den Shops unangenehm sobald man nicht ihren Preis bezahlen möchte und an der Rezeption hat man leider auch ein unangenehmes Gefühl sobald man Fragen hat. Das Hotel ist super und die meisten Mitarbeiter klasse, aber sobald man eine Beanstandung hat oder Ähnliches fühlt man sich nicht ganz so willkommen.

Bra hotell. Vil komme tilbake.

Alt er bra med dette hotellet bortsett fra ikke optimal renhold i rommene. Fant støv og hår ved innkomst i hjørnene. Ved daglig renhold, vasket de ikke hele gulvet, bare ved inngangen. Det er også wi-fi mangel på rommene. Man må ha sin egen.

Wir reisen normalerweise individuell, haben uns aber aufgrund eines guten Angebots für diese Pauschalreise entschieden. Anlage/Strand: Die Hotelanlage ist gepflegt, besonders die Grünflächen. Pool- und Strandbereiche sind sauber, mit ausreichend Liegen. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, kleinere Reparaturen wären nötig. Zimmer/Laundry: Tägliche Reinigung, Wasserauffüllung und freundliches Housekeeping. Der Wäscheservice war schnell, sauber und empfehlenswert. Essen & Getränke: Das Essen war durchschnittlich und wiederholte sich oft. Die à la carte Restaurants waren enttäuschend: unaufmerksames Personal und schneller Service ohne Ambiente. Die Getränkeauswahl könnte verbessert werden, besonders Cocktails. Animation & Rezeption: Das Animations-Team war international, aber nur wenige kümmerten sich um alle Gäste. Besonders positiv: David und Bibo. Die Rezeption war professionell, besonders Annika war sehr hilfsbereit. Extras wie Bademäntel oder Hygieneartikel gab es nur auf Nachfrage. Taxistand: Der hoteleigene Taxistand war teuer, der Betreiber aufdringlich. Uber wäre günstiger gewesen. Fahrer waren jedoch flexibel und boten Stadttouren an. Fazit: Das Hotel hat Vor- und Nachteile. Die hohe Zahl russischer Gäste und teils unaufmerksamer Service trübten das Erlebnis. Für Familien mit Kindern gibt es bessere Alternativen. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge.

Nous sommes partis pour les fêtes de fin d'année entre amis avec des enfants. L'hôtel est parfaitement sécurisé avec un personnel excellent. La qualité des buffets est très bien et change tous les jours. Le squash, tennis et salle de sport ont été très apprécié par petits et grands. Un séjour top avec un accueil à la française et des plats français ça nous a fait du bien après 3 semaines en Égypte le poisson est exceptionnel et le chef prends soin de discuter avec les clients J’ai apprécier les petits mots en français en te cas ont a été choyer nous avons eu la chance voir voir une raie au sur le côté vers les rocher et les animations sont extras

Das Hotel ist nicht zu groß und überlaufen Die Speisenauswahl ist perfekt.Der Strand ist sehr schön zum schwimmen gehen. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich nett und lieb.Ich komme zum dritten Mal sicherlich wieder!
