My husband and i have stayed at this hotel around 6 times and always seemed to enjoy it,Unfortunately this visit with other members of my family and grandchildren was not so enjoyable.
We went for 10 days and each visit to either breakfast,lunch,or dinner was always a fight to get a table we also varied the times we went but it made no difference,never any proper fresh orange of a morning and when asked for some was given pineapple diluted i might add and told that was it but also my grandchildren had cola but it was served in red hot glasses.
The food was definitely not up to normal standard i know food is repetitive when you are away but on a whole i normally find something to eat but not this visit.
Also what i noticed was that fruit is normally a part of the all-inclusive but as alot of people like water melon many times it was with held to serve on the beach at an extra cost WRONG.
I personally felt that when this hotel is busy the staff cannot cope their manners were a joke we witnessed far too much this visit to ever want to return Unfortunately many times our beach towels was removed from our beds yet we only went to the bar,our air-conditioning didnt work for 4 nights when we complained they literally didnt believe us let alone even seem bothered,we was awake to 27.5 degrees in our room so i called a meeting with the front desk manager Mr Mohamed Ashour who said he would get his technicians to look (motor went) so we was right anyway will i be back no sorry Sunrise.
