It is a brand new hotel, so everything (all paint work, floor tiles, furniture, mattresses, sheets, towels, crockeries and cutleries) are new and very clean. However there are still somethings that are missing like a bin in the bedroom (they have 1 bin in the bathroom only). They don’t provide towels on the beach so people have to walk to get towels from those provided on the pool. There are no showers on the beach so we have to walk to the pool. The overall service is very good however there are very few staff members from the breakfast team and the housekeeping team that aren’t professional in the way they talk to guest. The reception staff, the dinner staff and all the management are very professional. The Brazilian restaurant is very nice (both food quality and service is excellent). The hotel has an alright animation team. All the food and beverages outlets are elegant. Food presentation and food variety are always excellent. Majority of the times food taste is excellent too but one of the nights the food taste wasn’t that good and shockingly that this night was supposed to be the most special night for the hotel and they call it the oriental night (which should be called the Egptian night), in this night the hotel put so much effort in preparation and moving all buffets and dining tables outside the main restaurant in the open air in the gardens around the pool. It really looks amazing and the variety of the food is massive but main courses didn’t taste great that night
