The room, pool, hot tub and gathering areas were awesome. Will definitely stay here again when we return to the area! "Check in was simple and quick. The gentleman at in the office was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was very hot when we entered, but the A/C quickly cooled down the room. Everything was clean and looked very well kept up. It was quiet and peaceful. The shower had the perfect water pressure to rinse my hair completely. I’ve run into quite a few motels that I don’t even bother washing my hair because it’s so hard to rinse all the shampoo out. My sister wasn’t thrilled with the open metal work stairs, but she has a fear of heights. My only complaint was the couple in the room next to us who would sit outside and smoke marijuana. As I am a cigarette smoker I couldn’t be outside when they were because it was very overwhelming. My sister doesn’t smoke at all and while she’s used to my cigarettes she hates the smell of marijuana, and the odor from it lingers longer. Again? That was our only issue during our stay. Would stay here again? Yes, but I’d like a room on the backside of the property only to be able to see the natural beauty of the area instead of the highway and parking lot."
