It was beautiful and the staff were super friendly and approachable. They were always ready to answer our questions. "The property far exceeded our expectations! Brand new, super clean, modern furniture, & totally comfortable! And the host could not have been nicer! She was so accommodating & responsive to all of our requests. All the rooms are spacious, sunny, bright & airy, with an excellent breeze throughout the living area, with minisplit A/Cs & ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The balcony terrace is lovely (gets sun in the morning & afternoon), and nice view of the ocean from the living/dining rooms. Location just outside of Holetown is central & convenient to everything on the island. We rented a car & explored different beaches every day. I highly recommend this property & cannot wait to come back!"

"This is a perfect surfers location. Beautiful surf directly across the street, the pictures are accurate, the neighbors are friendly and sitting on the porch watching the surf was heaven. It is not "fancy" - if you have a high maintenance American with you this will not be your rental, but if you want a perfect surf spot to enjoy the views and relax book it. The owner was accessible by What's app as was the car rental co. Be sure to stop for groceries before getting to Bathsheba (only a little market nearby very pricey) and walk to the local spots for meals (some are open on weekends only). We needed a car. On the island you will need GPS (google maps worked) - roads are not well marked. The owner of the VRBO set us up on a fabulous fishing trip - caught Wahoo, Mahi and Barracuda. Definitely recommend if you have the right group. We will be coming back. "

I love nature, healthy living, good-hearted people and delicious food. My week at Naniki cottages under the guidance of my friend and mentor Tom (the owner), has changed my outlook at life. This place is a piece of paradise. No mosquitoes, nothing poisonous or harmful on the island, right next to the best surfing in the Caribbean (the soup bowl) and overall a therapeutic retreat. That mountain in St. Joseph is ranked 3rd in the world in longevity; most people live to 100 years old. I will be going back again and again as I intend to purchase a plot of land in the area to build my dream vacation home for my family one day. "
