"Workout area had 4 pieces of equipment and 2 were broken no free weights. Our Room had odor when ac unit turned on. Bed was VERY comfortable! Staff with check in/out were pleasant and professional!"

"Reserved a room in advance and with no prior warning, I arrived to the location and was told they were "sold out" of rooms even though I paid and Reserved my room in advance. The lady at the desk told me she called me and canceled my reservation but that was a lie and I did not receive a phone call and my reservation did not show up at canceled at any point even now a day later it does not show as canceled. Every other hotel around was completely sold out so I had to drive to a different city to get a room double the price. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone because they should not allow you to reserve a room only for them to tell you upon arrival they don't have one for you. The front desk is also shut off with metal shutters which I can tell she was hiding behind just to not have to talk to disappointed guests. They make you talk to them through a phone right beside the shut off front desk while they're hiding behind it which is really unusual."

"Abonened cars in the parking lot for at least 8 mos, landscaping has not been touched for a long time. Room needed a very serious deep clean with the hvac, toilet and vent - mold and a lot of built up dirt. Ceilings were 2 toned, yellow and white with the walls and trim needing a full repair for holes and fresh paint. Large fridge and furniture in good repair. Mattress was so soft my back completely locked up. Will never stay there again. Property needs serious attention to detail."

"Hotel was OK at best, staff is extremely friendly but rooms are very dated and questionably cleaned. Lamp didn’t work in my room, and the room had what could best be described as a film over it. Wasn’t dirty, but also wasn’t clean by any means. "
