"The hotel is convenient to the Wharf. The rooms are very nice, large, and very quiet. We walked ro Little Italy for dinner. The IHOP is right across the street. We walked the wharf; toured the tall ships; went up to the 27th floor of their world to see the area. On pier 5, there was a vendor selling Steamed crabs and the Balrimore Aquarium is right there. It was a busy evening. The next morning we boarded the American Cruiseline Independence ship for a cruise just steps away from this hotel."

"The staff were really nice and helped me with check-in and maneuvering the city. The doorman gave an extra level of comfort. They were also super helpful when my Uber didn’t show up and offered to help me out. It was a great place to stay and I will definitely go back"

"Fabulous hotel from check-in to chexk-out!! Only wish they had a better option fro parking cars. We opted not to use the valet. Also the rooftop restaurant is terrific but the menu is a bit limited. Lorenzo was fantastic at the front desk. Thank you! "

"During our stay, both the hotel lobby and our room had an unpleasant smell. We requested towels from the front desk, and they were never delivered Also , housekeeping never cleaned our room during our stay. The next day, we asked again for towels and washcloths and were told housekeeping would bring them, but they never did. I eventually went downstairs and found housekeeping myself— they only had two towels and no washcloths, which were taken from a black garbage bag. Overall, I rate this hotel 0/10. I would not recommend staying here, especially with children."
