"Check in and Staff were great. Room was less so. In disrepair, damaged and the heat was not able to keep up with the cold drafty door and window. no extra blankets in the room, bed spread had burns on it likely from cigarettes. Just run down and in a poor location. "

"when we went to check in at 8:17 p.m. they said they did not have a room ready and then they gave us a room that they knew had an issue with the TV in the remote cuz they were moving somebody out of it as we came in to check in. the girl that worked there named Natalie was very hateful and rude. we never did get a remote so we were unable to watch TV. we had to to go to the office three or four times because no one was there in o please stop rder to get towels and wash rags. told I will never...
