"Loved everything about the hotel, cleanliness, staff are so friendly, room nice and spacious, a bath plus shower, it ticked all the boxes for me and my granddaughter, location great. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit."

"The staff and breakfast where both great, what let's this hotel down is the desperate need for major refurbishment. The rooms have new furniture and paint but beyond this it's very old and tired. The bathrooms where last done in the very early 90s by the look of them. The pool area was also extremely old with bits of tiles missing in the pool, closed of sauna, and very scruffy changing rooms. "

"Weatherspoon's just around the corner if you’re desperate for food or a drink. Only saw one member of staff, he was ok. No parking at the hotel. "

"The pool was warm but the hot tub was out of order today so not able to use which was very disappointing seeing as it wasn't working properly yesterday either and is a big part of the attraction of staying at Cave Castle. It was also not pointed out by the leisure centre staff when wishing to use the leisure facilities which it should have been. Poor service definitely"

"Stayed for a two week work trip. My room was cleaned daily with fresh tea , coffee and buiscuits. Food in the restaurant was lovely and was well looked after by staff. Had a comfortable room overlooking the golf course and have booked again for my next work trip. "
