Welcome to Hullidays detached modern and stylish house located in Sutton Park, Hull. You`ll love our place. clean & immaculate, quite simply a home away from home. It`s great for families, business customers and travellers. Cineworld, Hollywood Bowl, and Kingswood Retail Park which comprises Asda Superstore, M&S Foodhall, NEXT, Boots, McDonalds, KFC, and many more shops and restaurants are only 3 minutes drive away. Your local convenient stores and take-aways are within 5 minutes by foot

The property is spacious, the 3 bedrooms comprising of a king, double and a single bed with an upstairs bathroom consisting of shower, toilet and bath

Guests have access to the full property including front parking space (up to 4 cars) and a rear garden patio area

Easy access by vehicle, approx 15/20 min drive from Beverley & Hull City Centre

If you fancy the outdoor markets, tea rooms and cafes, walking trails, churches and cathedrals, then Beverley is the perfect place. It`s only 10 mins drive away from Sutton Park. Beverley is a beautiful old market town and a great place to visit to get away from the big city.

And who doesn`t like to visit the seaside? Only 40-50 minutes drive will bring you to Bridlington, the quintessential seaside holiday resort that is perfect for all of the family. Drive another 20 mins or so, and you`ll arrive at Scarborough. It`s known for its 2 bays sandy beaches, amusement arcades, fish and chips and sticks of rock. Explore more beautiful beaches during your stay with us!
