"The location is great, just exited the last stop on subway line 1. The hotel is a non-smoking but some guests just ignore the rules. Fortunately the cleaning lady Ling Ling was very helpful she brought in an air purifier as well as plug in scents which help to reduced the smell. It is close to the shopping walks and a lot of eateries nearby."

"Very good location, last time I stayed the subway was under construction, it’s now only 2 minutes away. Many good eateries in the walking distance, all staff willing to help and always wear a smile. Breakfast is very Chinese and quality just par, nice gym and pool, our 3 nites’ stay was pleasant and very enjoyable."

"Exterior grounds are stunningly beautiful. Lovely for walking around and enjoying nature. Rooms are getting stale. My shower was very slow to drain, and would back up into bathroom. "The front desk lady was not nice. When I asked if the hotel can help to call a taxi tomorrow morning to airport, she simply stated no such service. During the check-in, never saw her smile feeling you are not welcomed to this hotel. The next morning, the gentleman in the front desk helped me to call a taxi easily."
