The room was extremely clean and even smelled really good. Each day the room service would ask if we needed anything, they were extremely nice. It does get a little noisy bc of the bars nearby but nothing crazy and easy to block out when sleeping

What a gem of a hotel! The staff were so warm and welcoming, the rooms are spotless and beautiful. Loved the Molton Brown products and high quality bedding/towels. Such a homey/cozy place to stay in a bustling city. Can't wait to visit them again and stay longer than one night!
