"This is a luxury condo masquerading as a hotel room! The view of the bay is amazing. Everything exceeded your expectations. The coffee machine, stove, washing machine…five stars. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We will be back!"

"The hotel was in a great location, close to BIFF square and within walking distance to lots of different attractions. With it being on the Main Street there was some level of noise from outside but nothing we found disruptive. Only feedback would be the motion sensor light near the door/corridor would turn on everytime we turnt in the night! "

"I could not fault or stay at this hotel. The gym was fantastic. The swimming pool was amazing and we had a superior room which was very large for three of us and beautiful. We had a sea view and really enjoyed the stay. I saw the Expedia reviews when I booked this hotel and was surprised it got a 9.6 but it’s definitely worth that"

"Our first time staying at this Busan area, was disappointed with the property (compared to the pictures we saw online). Didn’t know the building was this old, it’s hard to find. (We entered the building and didn't even see signs says the hotel name or where the reception was, obviously it wasn’t on the first floor nor at the front). This looks more like the US apartment type to me. Only thing we appreciate was at least the cleanliness in our room was decent. I’m not sure if all other hotels in the area are similar, I think next time we will just stay at the Haeundae area. "

"Lovely staff and room but there were a few things that made our stay difficult. Temperature was 25 degree in the room and the AC was not functioning. When we told the staff, they said the AC only starts working in May (we were there mid-April)..They told us to open the windows. We did but then it was so loud and mosquitos came in. We did not sleep well at all. And then the washer stopped functioning mid-cycle... The staff said sorry and that was it.. We had to leave with an heavy bag of wet clothes. But other than that, the hotel is nice and nicely located."
