Best staff, above and beyond helpful! The room was great, the bed was memory foam which was fantastic for Vietnam (usually all are hard spring mattresses). Everything was wonderful. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we’ve had. The room was lovely. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the lack of communication. I emailed them two days in a row…no one replied. I then phoned twice…both times I was disconnected. Hotels.com also tried calling ...

Soleil House
This hotel while the room itself was just fine. The walls were thin and the host failed to give noise warnings to the extremely loud family next door. We were kept up the majority of the night. Hotel was fine but not worth the hassle of losing sleep
