"Responsive owner, helped me with self check in procedure as my sim wasn’t working. Rooms are lovely, spacious with a relaxed blend of contemporary furnishings and historic charm. Balcony and view delightful. Trainline not a problem, and I’m a light sleeper! Nice neighbourhood. We had a lovely meal next door, booking advised as is popular with locals, and good breakfast & coffee in deli up the road."

"Great location! The top deck was wonderful for sunrises, sunsets, and watching the summer storms come in. The hosts were nice and generous with their time. Perhaps Oswaldo the dog was the highlight! On a side note, the listing shows a TV, but there isn’t one. That was fine for us, but I know some people love their TVs!"

"As a long time user Trudis place was one for the books. CLean, well organized, stylish, no stone unturned. Real plants. Great succulent collection and a lovely deck and garden. Comfortable beds. Everything updated. This is a great- perfect for all."

"Such a cozy place to stay with great communication with the hosts. Seamless check in and checkout. The property was clean and had everything we needed. It really felt like a cozy home rather than a weekend rental. Shops nearby, quiet neighborhood , and easy parking. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. Really enjoyed our stay. "We had a wonderful toi-même in this lovely home. Everything was perfect. The town is lovely. So interesting and so much history as well. Best 2 days. We hope to come back here. Very soon "

"This place was great. It’s HUGE! Very modern, beautiful kitchen and bathroom, and convenient location. My only (very small) complaint is that the floors were really creaky. I shared this rental with a friend and I was afraid the sound of me walking to the bathroom would wake her up. It’s a minor thing but was quite noticeable. All in all great stay."
