Top The Chateau Hotel Reviews
Houseboat River Queen a Peaceful Retreat on The Rondout Creek
10/10 Excellent
"Great location! The top deck was wonderful for sunrises, sunsets, and watching the summer storms come in. The hosts were nice and generous with their time. Perhaps Oswaldo the dog was the highlight! On a side note, the listing shows a TV, but there isn’t one. That was fine for us, but I know some people love their TVs!"
Kingston Carriage House
10/10 Excellent
"It was a cozy place and my family loved it. The record player was a nice touch"
Super 8 by Wyndham Kingston
8/10 Good
"Staff is very friendly, it looks like a lot of people actually live here, we checked in late, the desk is manned 24 hours, which is convenient. The room is nothing special, furniture is run down, rug is gross, but bed and pillows are comfy, sheets and towels clean. TV stuck on one channel...Room is spacious though, and even with all the dogs and seeming live-ins hanging about, it was very quiet, so we could get a good rest. Breakfast is oatmeal, packaged pastries, granola bars, OJ and coffee. Convenient location at the right price for a one-night stay. On the way out I saw rooms that had vinyl flooring, and the photo online shows newer furniture. I guess we got an unrenovated room..."

"Lovely little hotel , great location."
Pet Friendly 1 BR Apartment in Uptown Kingston + Huge Backyard & Full Kitchen
10/10 Excellent
"The rental was so charming! Every detail of the space was so beautiful and intentional. My partner and I had a lovely getaway thanks to the beautiful environment and comfortable bedroom. It made falling asleep after long days at The Festival quite easy. There’s a TV in the room if you enjoy watching TV before bed and large windows for natural sunlight (you can close the curtains too if you’d like). It’s not at all noisy and it’s close to a few cute bars, restaurants, and a grocery store. Jason was super accessible and I know if I had a problem i’d get help right away. We don’t have a pet, but it was clearly super accommodating of pets just as they say. This trip had me craving another trip up to Kingston. When I inevitably come back up for a longer trip to explore the city, I won’t hesitate to book with them again. (And if you’re debating a trip to Kingston: debate no longer! It is a beautiful town with all sorts of gems. If you’re used to walking places it’s relatively walkable too.)"

"The rooms were well taken care of but a bit on the small side. You may have to walk several blocks to get to the breakfast location, and the weekend breakfast was somewhat sparse."
Adorable Kingston Cottage in the Heart of the Roundout Historic Area Downtown.
10/10 Excellent
"Such a cozy place to stay with great communication with the hosts. Seamless check in and checkout. The property was clean and had everything we needed. It really felt like a cozy home rather than a weekend rental. Shops nearby, quiet neighborhood , and easy parking. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything!"
Beautiful, Renovated Victorian Home in the Heart of Kingston

"Excellent central location in Kingston. The house has off street parking, easy to get to and get into the house. Clean, nice rooms, all quite new. Would stay here again."
