A Home to Relax and Unwind
Splitting a larger group across two flats gives everyone room to spread out without losing the sense of being together. Each suite opens into a skylit open-plan loft lounge under the eaves, where you can wind down in front of the Smart TV or start the day with coffee at the breakfast bar. The street is quiet and residential, easy to settle into after a day out.

The flats sit in Newsome, a quiet residential pocket on the south side of Huddersfield, up on the hill with the town centre an easy walk downhill. Castle Hill and its Victoria Tower dominate the skyline nearby, and several restored Victorian parks are a short drive away for greenery and views across the Holme Valley. Good to Know Before You Book
This is a stone loft conversion, so the bedrooms and living areas sit up under sloping ceilings and eaves, with skylights rather than full-height windows in several rooms. Watch your head near the lowest points under the eaves. The property is split across two separate flats, both reached by stairs with no lift, so please bear that in mind if steps are a concern. Check-in is self check-in via a lockbox at the property; full instructions will be sent on the morning of arrival, and keys should be returned to the lockbox on departure.

Extra charges
Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability: 1 hour for £25, or 2 hours for £40. Parking for up to 5 cars is free; any additional vehicles are charged at £10 per day, so please register your vehicle.

Booking policy
A security deposit of £200 applies.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.

Maximum 10 guests; the listed capacity is the absolute limit and includes any visitors.

Please treat the space with care and leave it as you would hope to find it. Shoes should be removed to protect the carpets, quiet hours run from 8pm to 8am out of respect for the neighbours, and rubbish should be put out before leaving or every three days. Please switch off lights and appliances when heading out, and report any damage or breakages as soon as possible.
