"Elevator was not working. We had a injured person who had to walk up 4 set of stairs to the room.worst experience ever. We ordered food in the room. The delivery noy did not vring spoons and forks and asked us rudely to eat in hands or he will take back the food. Room and bathroom was dirty amd not cleaned "
