"The room was immaculate!!! The staff at the hotel were amazing but I will NEVER use hotels.com to book a room again. I had to extend my stay by one night and Hotels.com made it so difficult to add the night….there is literally no real person to talk to when an issue comes up!! The staff at the front desk were beyond helpful in dealing with the extra night. "
