"Overall good, could be way better if some staff were a little bit friendly, how ever the breakfast staff and the room cleaning lady were top notch, everybody else (front desk, bartender, pool crew etc.) not helpful at all. We didn’t use the pool, we tried to use the hot water tub but was broken only cold water and the other observation bar crew were serving drinks on glass bottles and glass containers totally agains the rules around any pool area. Breakfast was good, easy to make chilaquiles, coffee not strong like we like it fortunately was an Starbucks right outside of the hotel."
