All around a very solid hotel, great new facility, good buffet, they genuinely care about customer experience, have to leave early due to circumstances, they are very accommodating and working with booking site to make it happen.

However, it is quite sad that the staff at the front desk is too little knowledge and the English level to deal with foreigners is not able to communicate.
