Located in South Palm Springs at the prestigious Biltmore Colony Condominiums, this stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is professionally-designed with a bold, modern vibe, showcasing dynamic colors and chic appointments.
This end unit has an ample and private balcony with mountain views, and great separation of bedrooms. The large primary bedroom has a King bed, generous walk-in closet, dual vanity bath and oversized shower. The second bedroom also has a King bed with ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. This bathroom also has a separate access outside of the bedroom for guest use. Both baths have been updated with new slab counters and mosaic tile. The updated kitchen opens up to the living room with lots of natural light, creating an open-air flow.

Enjoy full access to the resort-like amenities: 3 pools and 2 spas, BBQs, cabanas, and gym. The Biltmore Colony location is hard to beat with Koffi, Elmers, and the Ace Hotel nearby and shopping, entertainment & upscale restaurants just moments away. For the ideal Palm Springs getaway, you can’t beat BiltmoreMod!

This vacation home rents on a 30-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our time here. ! The condo had everything you would possibly need. The unit is open and clean and beautifully decorated . Would surely stay here again !!

So glad we stayed here!

We rented this amazing condo for 5 weeks and hated to leave. The location is perfect - within one block is Koffi, Elmer’s, and Kings Highway in the Ace hotel. The decor was so much fun and well thought out. Over 5 weeks we cooked in most nights, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine, even a bagel cutter. The bar set up made cocktail hour fun. We slept so well in the king bed, and the primary bath has two sinks. There is a work space, a huge deck with a view south, bbq, a large single car garage, and the pool/spa are a few steps away. If you enjoy walking, the Deepwell, Twin Palms and Indian Canyons neighborhoods are so beautiful to walk through. When it was too hot to walk we used the weight room, and found the residents to be friendly and helpful. In fact, everyone we met was super friendly. We highly recommend this condo!!
