My room is on 3 third floor, and when I get in to the room my bedroom is on 4 floor. I am 77 years old I have to climb all day that stairs with bad knees, I already have bad knee, I have to go up and down for 15 day. My knees got really bad. and the cleaning lady didn’t come clean for five day inside ...
