The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Fresh towels and water replenished daily. The pool is very nice with a waterfall feature and beautiful gardens and trees on one side. It is just minutes walk to the beach and night markets. I would stay here again.

My fave in Hua Hin

Not the first time I’ve stayed here and every time I’d do it’s consistently wonderful. The location is central to the beaches, markets and malls, with a myriad of restaurants within walking distance. The staff are the most lovely people! And the big factor for me - an amazing strong hot shower! lol

A Hua Hin gem.

The hotel is modern, has a nice pool surrounded by lush plants, has a restaurant right next door that serves great food and amazing coffee for those of us who need our morning coffees, and the location is primo! The room is again, modern, bright, the shower is nice and strong, and the air conditioner works great! To add a cherry on top; the staff here are just lovely people! I actually extended my stay here! lol

Magnificent stay!

Great location with short walk to a lovely stretch of the beach. Cicada and Tamarind Markets a short 6 minute stroll away. Room had all necessary facilities. Modern design and bright room although paintwork was a little unprofessional. Also, an old fashioned style painting was very out of place in an otherwise magnificent room. Big bonus is also the gym. Would definitely want to stay here again if returning to Hua Hin.

Mostly everything is good. Except on front desk receptionist very rude. Not friendly, I have to go in to Bang for 5 days business trip so when I get back room is clean but no water, this morning I requested from her on front desk, she tells to wait until room getting cleaned, I told her that I am trusty , I need water now but she refuses. and I spoke to different ladies here they are Experian the same. So I guess that’s how she treats everyone. I just keep on putting my big smile. This is my 5 hotel in one month. I can work for you too. As a reviewer

Comfortable but a bit worn out

We stayed in the junior suite which is very generously sized and comfortable. However the room did not feel particularly clean, in fact it felt like the room had sat unused for quite a while and wasn't recleaned prior to our arrival. The decor is tired and worn out, there were visible stains on various furnishings. The daily room clean I would say is inadequate too. It was clear that surfaces weren't being wiped down as we had ants swarm over some drops of orange juice left on the kitchen bench. The bed was very large but quite hard. There were two air conditioning units in the suite which kept us cool and meant we could turn off the unit over the bed to avoid the cold draft, while keeping it on in the main room. Views of the sea are nice from the seventh floor. On a positive note, the staff were always incredibly friendly and welcoming in our numerous interactions. The salt pool is great, quite cool being out of the sun which is ideal in my opinion. Wifi was perfect. The hotel is well located near to both Cicada & Tamarind markets, and a great restaurant next door called Prik Khee Noo which serves good value Thai food. Taxis into central Hua Hin are typically 150 baht a trip.

A lot went wrong

When i check-ins the desk clerk lady told me to keep the sheets clean or she'll charges me for it. I've never heard of such things and i travels all over the world. Where does she expect me to sleep? The safe lock is dated and not working. The wifi is on and off every few seconds. TV has no signals. Bathroom rug were torn. Location from the hua hin train station is about 14 minutes car ride not as close like the website mentioned. See my Google reviews and pictures.

Godt, med plads til lidt forbedringer

Indtjekning var kl: 14 men værelset var først klar 15:30 og vi stod og ventede med en baby i 40 min. Derudover kunne deres babyseng som vi havde bestilt ikke komme ind på værelset fordi sengen var for stor ifht. Døren. Værelset var stort og det så flot ud. Poolområdet var rigtig god til børnefamilier fordi der var skyggeområder. Alt i alt value for money

Dit hotel moet heel veel veranderen wil het de moeite zijn om te boeken. Nergens behalve je kamer airco Airco kamer alleen als je er bent dus bij binnenkomst is het 35 graden. Het is verouderd maar ook niet schoon, overal haren. Geen ontbijtmigelijkheden. Bedden erg slecht en zelfs beetje gevaarlijk als je niet oplet. Uiteindelijk 800 meter verder aan de overkant ander hotel geboekt die het wel voor elkaar heeft. Voor minder meer en veel beter hotel. Het heeft wel potentie maar er moet geïnvesteerd worden. Voor nu, geen aanrader
