This property was in the middle of Hua Hin, but the foliage of the property made it feel like you were on an isolated island. Wonderful beach access and just a really short walk to the Cicada weekend night market. Beds were comfortable. We did have ants in our room, but they were really quick to accommodate a room change. Property seems to be very well managed with a really nice staff.

Exceptional Hotel Experience.

Overall, an exceptional hotel with a highly professional and service-minded staff. The breakfast selection was outstanding, featuring excellent coffee and a wide variety of delicious options. The pool area is beautifully situated near the beach, surrounded by a lush garden with numerous trees, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere.

Very nice and family friendly hotel with great pool area, free activities (like feeding fish, balloon animals, water gymnastics and pilates) and great breakfast. Beach was very nice as well, its easy to access and by walking at the beach you see that the Hyatt has best garden and pool area compared to other hotels. We would stay again, if we were to come to Hua Hin ☺️ One minus is that there's no chromecast/casting possibility to the TV in yhe room.

Good experience at Hyatt

Overall a good experience and the staff is very service minded, however the resort is starting to look used. For example, we asked for another room as the humidity was terrible but realized the other room had same problem - not ideal with a two years old in the room.

Nice hotel. New nice rooms. Good breakfast. But it is "away" from Hua Hin - not so easy to get out in the evening. But if you like staying in the hotel eating they have ok restaurants.

Every member of staff was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The extremely clean pool and beach could be one of the best in Thailand. We would highly recommend the Thai menu in the restaurant and the choice of food for the breakfast service was amazing. Sara and Tai in the Hotel Club Lounge were extremely welcoming and looked after us on our Anniversary. Also a big thankyou to Marco for making our visit so special.

the service at the restaurant Figs was horrible and the pool as well. the rooms were full of mosquitos and the hotel in general needs maintenance and care. it needs renovation.

The property is well maintained and very clean. Beautiful grounds and pools. We had problems getting our rooms. When we checked in the receptionist kept saying our rooms weren’t ready and would have to be reconfigured. It took three hours and my room had to be changed as I had an injury and could not climb the stairs and make the walk to the remote room I was I itially given. Once this was corrected the rest of the stay was great!
