The Hotel was in the perfect spot to stay in central Hua Hin- close to the Market Village, a very short walk down a lane to the best part of the beach with all the food, coffee and bars. Easy access for Grabs and drivers. Friendly, pleasant staff. The rooftop pool has a nice atmosphere, quiet and not overstated. The staff are attentive with drink and food orders here. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Highly recommend for a simple, immersive stay in Hua Hin.

The location is good, although like many other hotels this sits on a very busy road. Unfortunately because of the hotel design there isn't a single spot you don't hear the traffic 24/7. Judging by the breakfast the hotel primarily caters to the Asian Market, Western breakfast options were limited to mugs of cornflakes or toast. Beyond the hotel the beach is just a short walk away. Sadly the beach was covered in litter. Walk along the road and 90% of the shops nearby are seedy massage parlours.

It was ok but my room was near the main road and the traffic noise was bad I was moved to another room but it still was near the main road the gym facilities were poor and also while I was there during the day work was being done which meant you where disturbed from morning until early evening

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in a good location. Two minute walk from the beach. 3-4 minute walk to a big shopping mall (Market Village) with everything you needed in there. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. We got the room with pool access and it was great. So far…a perfect experience. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

Hotel was very convenient to the beach, food, shopping, and inexpensive transportation. The hotel room was large and clean. One odd thing is that the bathroom is all glass so you can see into the entire bathroom. There is a screen you can put down but it’s see through!very odd.

Great hotel clean rooms but a very noisy street. Could not sleep for 5 nights no blackout curtains so the room was always bright even at night. The wi fi on floor 6 was just not there. Intermittent at the best of times. But all in all it was a good break

Its a good place to stay

Its a good hotel . Nice rooms . Clean . The Staff is friendly and serviceminded. I liked the bar in the poolarea in 4 th floor . Its close to the beach and Market village . I had a room with streetview. Dont choose that If you are bother by traffic sounds . But its plenty of other room more quiet .its a small but good gym there too. The breakfast is good They make whatever u want from egg , I would recomend it and i would choose it again.

Hard for me to believe Expedia I would recommend this hotel they say city view they don’t say these rooms are for people that want to stay up and party all night. If you rent a room with city view, be warned, you will not sleep at all there’s a bar directly across the street that plays music until 3 o’clock in the morning, they should really advertise this instead of just telling you City view.

Lovely hotel. Great location but noisy

Lovely hotel in a great location. Easy access to the beach down the side of the hotel and across the road from Market Village. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was adequate for our needs both thai and foreign options. Used the gym everyday and it is basic but ok for our needs. Being opposite Market Village was both a positive and a negative. Great for popping over whenever you needed something but very noisy at night with the bands playing. The music is the same every night so gets monotonous listening to it from your hotel room. Luckily they stop at 11pm. Unfortunately it's also very noisy from the traffic being right on the main road. I would say this hotel is not suitable for light sleepers or I would suggest bringing some ear plugs. Overall happy with our stay

It was my second Time of visiting Kiang Haad Beach Hotel and like the last visit 5 Years ago, i was very happy that there were no negative changes at the Hotel or with the employees. It was very clean, the support from the Hotel staff was excellent and the Housekeeping was on point. There is only a small thing that could have been better, even when it is low season it would be great when there could be the possibility to use the Hotel Taxi at a normal evening time like 7 PM. Sadly the driver already finished work every Time when I asked for a driver. But this is only a small thing and not an negative point from our Stay. I was very glad to visit Kiang Haad Beach again and it was not last time! It was great!

An exceptional stay just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of local shops and the mall. The property offers impressive amenities including a beautiful pool, delicious breakfast, and prompt room service. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the value at under 100 dollars per night cannot be beat. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return on my next trip.
