The hotel is ok , it’s far from town , but they do have a shuttle service , the gym is the worst it’s the size of a small bathroom. The pools are not ment to relax , this hotel is for kids so screaming kids are everywhere, the beach when we were there was not possible the wind was so strong plus the high tide , the room we had was nice , breakfast is good ,

Great hotel - in every way: food, service, facilities and staff. A bit out of town, but easy to get a taxi or a Bolt. We preferred the quiet area for living. We would love to come back.

Nice hotel. Buggy service to beach club working well it was about 200m. That beach club was awesome whit nice pool and there was very quiet beach. Staff was very helpfull and cleaners aks everytime when they saw us leave there room do we want cleaning.

Hotel with good vibe and nice staffs. Beautiful scenery and settings. It is a bit crowded but is bearable. It is a bit far from HH downtown and the food offered at the hotel restaurant have to improve the quality. We had an incident with bad food, but the manager was promptly to solve. Nice bed but hard pillows.

It was very good and the hotel staff goes above and beyond for the customer, Only downside is the security staff is not very friendly and the pool could benefit of more equipement, there is not much chairs and the guest are leaving their belonging to not lose access to the chair, reducing greatly the appeal of the main pool

This hotel was the fifth hotel we stayed at since arriving in Thailand over a month and a half ago, and it turned out to be the best one yet! We’re planning to come back for two months next year and already booked two Units in the residence section. Everything about the hotel was excellent. The hotel is new and the rooms were clean spacious and well equipped. The grounds were beautiful and the staff extremely courteous abd helpful. The beach was better than the other hotels because of its location. The breakfast was very good with a good variety. All in all it’s an excellent choice.

We had an amazing experience at Best Western Carapace in Hua Hin. The hotel staff gave exceptional customer service going out of their way to assist us, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed 10 nights, relaxing in the beautifully appointed modern hotel. The beds were super comfortable and the modern bathrooms superbly clean. Housekeeping was generous with plenty of towels and bottled water topped up daily. We especially enjoyed spending time at the Beach Club with its sparkling pool and warm sea breeze. We had a lovely dinner at sunset by the pool and the buffet breakfast was a stunning array of fresh international and local dishes with something for everyone. Children from every nationality were especially impressed with the automated pancake machine. We even got to meet the general manager who was so friendly and gave us lots of helpful recommendations. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again on our next trip. Thank you Best Western Carapace!

Beautiful, peaceful if you want to be away from centre of hua hin, but still within easy reach of the centre and shopping malls .
