重視客戶的權益

裡面標榜的管家並沒有達到一定的標準也沒有記住入住客人姓名最離譜的是既然退房行李寄放不到1小時卻找不到，這是不可以犯的錯基本上他們的管理確實有問題。只有找到行李口頭上的道歉完全沒有信件的回覆與道歉，如此高消費的地方CP值真的太差了。很不愉快的心情。 另外一再地通知你們編號159056076445未用手動幫我累積進去帳號內，也打過二次電話，請重視我的申訴。
