"Where do I begin, Ive been here for a small while and it’s been the best stay ever. The rooms are big cozy and so clean. The area is so nice beautiful scenery great food places I love it here. Bryonna ans caressa have been amazing since I got here couldn’t ask for better staff"
"Cleanliness and customer service are everything to me and this hotel definitely met my expectations! 10/10 service overall. I usually don’t leave reviews but felt it was necessary for those that are having a hard time choosing which hotel to stay at with their family. The valet were also super friendly! Sidenote-the pool area feels like you’re at a resort. Will definitely be coming back."
"The staff was amazing from start to finish.
The only recommendation I would have is to use less space for the concierge parking and give hotel guests more of an option. I was there for 5 days and had to park very far away from the entrance. Also, the valet is just that a valet only . . . never said can I help you with a bag etc. Having to park far away meant I had to leave my bags at the door go park and come back. I was told by the valet - I am parking only...."
"I loved this house! I really enjoyed my time at this amazing house in West Palm Beach. The location was ideal - close enough to downtown to get my steps in for the day or an easy drive! The bungalow is beautiful, nicely decorated, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was convenient, with plenty of space available on the street. The home had all the amenities I needed, and the host was thoughtful and easy to reach. I’d be happy to stay here again!"
