Only 40 min to Monarch Ski resort and 40 min to Mt Princeton hot springs.
Find hiking, mountain biking, ATV trails, and rafting all close at hand. The pristine nature of Bighorn Sheep Canyon is a short drive away, and the vibrant city of Salida is within easy reach - enjoy art galleries, festivals, shopping, live music, nightlife, and excellent dining while you’re there.
Inside your cozy cabin, a well-appointed studio design offers plenty of space to spread out and relax - unwind into vacation mode in the sitting area and stream your favorite TV shows. The convenient kitchenette includes a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, sink, convection oven, and a portable electric induction stove. Dining space abounds between granite countertop seating and a large table.

2) Security Camera by front door up to the right under the eave, faces the door.
3) Security Camera - panoramic faces backside of home (faces gazebo, fireplace, walkway)
4) Security Camera - back corner of roof, panoramic view of driveway, backside of garage, propane area where parking is available, and a view of the stairs going up to the cabin.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
