We liked the convenience to the hospital.
The property, although very clean, needs some attention to the individual rooms.
1)The stove in our room could not be turned off and my husband who is an electrician, had to turn the breaker to the stove off making it rather difficult. 2) the drain in the bathroom area was missing and had to be stuffed with a wash cloth so as not to lose anything down the drain and maybe stopping it up, not to mention the guest losing their item.
3) the back door entry could not be used without getting someone to walk to the door and open it for the guest to come in; in other words, the card reader did not work.
4) when calling to make the reservation I asked specifically for TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS.. with separate baths, NOT TWO DOUBLE BEDS with one bath. I was told i would have that. Arrived at the
Hotel and was told "we don't have separate bedrooms"... taking under consideration the person i spoke with had aVERY THICK accent, I'll overlook that this time but i suggest you make it clearer..... we were there for 5 days and made it okay but doubt seriously, if i can find another hotel with a suite, I'm going back. Personnel was very friendly and helpful.
