The property is old and dated. Except for trash in the trash can, the room was clean. Bed was comfortable but sheets were pretty worn. We booked, and were charged, for a room with 2 beds and were given a room with one bed. The property is in a quiet area, which was nice. We did enjoy the full sized fridge and freezer since we were traveling with a lot of food.

The manager and the staff were very nice and helpful, but the hotel is dirty. The carpeting in the stairwell is extremely stained and smelled badly. We saw several dead cockroaches in the hallways at different times. The floor in our room had dirty in the corners that was never swept up and the furniture in the room was either stained or broken. The decor in the rooms is outdated. The hotel doesn't have a generator, so when there was a power outage, all of the food in our refrigerator spoiled.

Barely any accommodations or assistance in times of need. Keys barely worked and tended to need to be replaced by staff. Staff was friendly but the hotel itself wasn’t a great experience. Won’t be staying again.

The facility needs a major upgrade. The beds are full size and not double as advertised. Complained about the noise above me, it wasn't addressed. They count towels before issuing clean ones, as if someone would take those dingy towels. The exercise room is missing most of the dumbbells.

The experience I had at this hotel was very subpar and tremendously mediocre. Upon arrival, there was no one at the guest check-in. I had to use the phone to call the hotel for someone to come to the front. The hallway had a smell of mold. The room was very outdated with missing paint on the wall, scratches on the door, and stains on the carpet, I bought a drink out of the vending machine that had expired two months prior. The walls are very thin and you can hear other peoples conversation. The area is by a hospital so I expected a much nicer environment, but I will never ever stay at that establishment again

Had brother admitted to hospital but this hotel is an easy walk. Short on very local restaurants and stores.Great place if you have business at HCA Kingwood facility. Staff was very courteous and attentive to any issues presented. The lack of dining options is offset somewhat by the facilities in the room. The pool is a nice feature in a hotel this size.
