"The hotel amazing very beautiful, I had an issue with our room when we first check in and the staff didn’t hesitate in moving us to another room. They took care of everything. The beds incredibly comfortable. They have a pillow menu and provided me with extra pillows for comfort. Breakfast buffet very high end spread of delicious foods, lots of choices. Even the grumpy chef they had preparing your eggs was entertaining. But thankfully they had so many other options and we didn’t have to worry about the grumpy chef making our eggs. The staff ever helpful and polite. I just had an unwelcome experience. Every country I went would be happy to refill our water flasks, so I was disappointed in the hotel’s bar when they charged me 2 euros to refill my water. That’s the only complaint I would have. Other than that we had a great stay. I would come back again. Great location walking distance from Stephenplatz, bus stops, and other wonderful and beautiful tourist areas."

"This is an older hotel but well maintained. I had a single room, which was small, but I was quite comfortable. My room faced the back so it was very quiet. The location is nice because it is away from the noise of the busier areas, but it is easy to walk to the center of town. It is very close to the U4/U5 subway so easy to travel from the train station. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would happily stay here again."
