"The staff was nice. The room was clean but the bathroom was so-so. The sink leaked all over the floor. The TV is super small and the remote wasn't working very well. Had to point it all over to change a channel."

"While this lovely home is called “retro” in decoration, it has all the modern conveniences. A very well stocked kitchen with every appliance you can imagine to cook and bake during your stay. All the rooms are well maintained, very clean, and comfortable including the beds and living room furniture. The owner was responsive to all correspondence and was detailed about entry. The location was easily accessible to a food market and downtown events. If I am in Knoxville again I would certainly stay at this charming home! "

"This is the worst rental we have ever been to hands down. We texted the owners about some potential issues that we had seen in the reviews and they assured us that they have been fixed. As soon as we walked in the front door all we could smell was mold. The fridge had spilled milk that had rotten inside. The shower curtain was covered in mold. We then checked the bedrooms and under the blankets in one of the bedrooms was hair. Ontop of all of that the front door had holes that you could see daylight through and looked like it had been broken into. We immediately left the property and rented a hotel room. We texted the owners requesting a refund and they said they would “check with their team.” A few days later we still had heard nothing so we texted them again and they had the same response. We still have not heard back from them. "

"Host was very responsive to questions. House is clean and cozy. The location was very convenient for us. We visited Market Square in downtown Knoxville and also Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies in Gatlinburg and public parks in Fountain City. "
