"I'll start by saying we loved the location, outside appearance and pool. However, this hotel fell a bit short of expectations. The driver expressed annoyance at me because I called the hotel when he was over 15min late for pickup and hadn't called us to alert us he would be late. Registration person came across a bit arrogant and unfriendly at check in. Room was in not very good condition - in need of repairs. Included breakfast service was terrible and food quality was not good. "

"Very good property with an excellent staff. The staff went over and beyond in our stay from getting breakfast on time, to planning our excursions, to answering all our questions. The only downside to this place is that it is not walkable from anywhere. The road to get to the nearest transport option has no sidewalks and absolutely impossible to walk on at night. So you either need a car or need to go by taxicab everywhere. "
