"Toilet didn’t work , ice machine didn’t work , and my shower didn’t work . Front desk guy just talked on the phone the entire time . Very bad experience. "

"The Expedia rating does not represent the reality of the property. The hotel is old and remodeled cheaply. the breakfast is Poptarts and coffee. The price is appropriate. It is located on the highway and is very noisy. I would not recommend this hotel unless you just want a place to sleep."

"In the heart of Montrose and can walk to shops and restaurants. Not gar from the Black Canyon. Comfortable and modern room with an attached bar and restaurant where you can wind down after a day of sightseeing."

"The property shows better online than in actuality. The overall property doesn't seem very well taken care of. RV sites are overgrown and the cabin was dark and musty smelling. The area itself didnt feel as safe as we would gave liked. We had to leave early for personal reasons and didn't expect a full refund by any means buy maybe something would have been nice. I hope they use the money to clean up the property. Very disappointing."
