  • Enjoy the life of serenity in this 4 Bedroom 3 Bath recently updated home. Take in the Balboa Lake views (not a lake front property) and Quachita Mountains in the distance from the entirety of the back of this home. Enjoy breakfast or dinner on the covered deck or sit in an adirondack chair and soak up the sun from the uncovered portion of the deck. Spacious yet cozy for a couple or bring your group of 8.

    Enjoy ample space with 2 large living areas. Upstairs enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, dining room, master bedroom suite, queen bedroom, 2nd full bath and laundry room. Such a beautiful home in a beautiful setting! We enjoyed our stay in this very well kept clean home. Eight of us had plenty of room to relax. We especially enjoyed watching the fireflies and deer walking right through the yard from the spacious deck!We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with walking trails and golf around every corner! Truly a Gorgeous Getaway

This lovely vacation home was the icing on the cake during our extended weekend getaway with longtime friends. Spacious and grand with beautiful decor and furnishings, it was the ideal spot for chats, games and grilling. The Host was most gracious and helpful. The property was just as listed. Very clean and had all the necessities we needed. You can see the lake from the back side of the property. Not a full view but enough to feel the serenity of the location. Be prepared to drive. This house is in Hot Springs Village which is about 20-25 minutes from Hot Springs. I also did not realize it’s a 20 minute drive from the east end of HSV to the west end where most of our other family was staying. Overall great house and great host. 5 stars!
