Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hot Springs by IHG
We had the worst experience….1. Our room was not clean, the trash was full, the toilet had urine stains, and the sheets were dirty. The front desk clerk had yo come clean our room at 8 pm. 2. There was a roach in the restroom 3. There was no comp or room discount.

The staff was great the room was not. The shower was disappointing,the socket didn't work and there were no grab bars. The couch was very low and uncomfortable and the coffee pot didn't work properly.But the biggest issue was how heavy the door was and there was no door stop.Very difficult to open ...
