You’ll love this fabulous little house built in 1920, that we’ve TOTALLY remodeled. New kitchen, bathroom, furniture ...everything! It’s the best of both worlds- old home charm w high ceilings & tall baseboards, yet a hip mid century vibe! Professionally decorated to appeal to all those ‘Chip & Joanne fans’. A great back deck to grill & lounge. Close to the downtown restaurants & shopping, race track, the casino, the lake, hiking, world-class mountain-biking trails, and MORE! One small well behaved dog is welcome. Come & rejuvenate!

Great location if you are planning to visit the national park. Very quick drive to the downtown area with the national park. The donuts a couple blocks away were great, and Taco Mama was worth the short drive.

Lovely, idyllic place while visiting Hot Springs.

This relaxing, quiet home was the perfect place to stay while visiting Hot Springs since it is close to downtown. It is decorated nicely and clean with comfortable beds and a great bathroom that supplies all your needs. I would stay here again

Lovely and comfortable small house

We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect for my husband and me along with our adult son. The house is decorated very beautifully and the beds were very comfortable. Precious little house in quiet neighborhood

The house was perfect for my family of 4 (2 adults, 10 yr old, 6 month old). Very close to downtown but far enough it was quiet and cozy. Will deff be back when we visit Hot Springs again.

Hot Springs Getaway

We had a relaxing time in this little vintage house close to downtown Hot Springs with plenty of activities. The property was just as advertised. Everything you would need was furnished. The king size bed was very comfortable. The owner was very informative about restaurants and sites around the area. The house was very clean. We would stay here again.

Practically Perfect

My husband and I loved the house. It had everything we needed plus a very comfortable bed. The host could not have been better: responsive and gave great tips for restaurants and activities. The walk to town was about 20 minutes OR you can cut through the national park and climb a beautiful forested trail to get to town in about 40 minutes, which we LOVED. The neighborhood is about half restored and was a quiet and restful place to stay. We will be back!

The house was very clean, communication was perfect!! House stocked with anything you may need! Check in and out were seamless. I didn’t pay attention to the pictures of seating when booking, so do pay attention to seating if you plan on doing much lounging. The couch is smaller. However, we didn’t do much lounging since we were in town for a dance comp! Will definitely consider staying again should we ever need a place in the area :)

Very helpful host, clean & updated w restored furniture & some new pieces. We had great weather so could enjoy the porch, fans, didn’t need to use the mini splits. Nice mattress & sheets - and quiet street. This a very short drive to the Main Street though a long walk through rundown section so we drove in. Host shared it was safe just not wealthy; neighborhood is a mix of renovated & unrenovated homes. Table is small — good for breakfast lunch but harder for dinner. Appreciate the electric kettle! Good size for two adults & 2 kids.

Really nice house. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was nice and big. The main bedroom is huge with a huge bed. And the bed and pillows were so comfortable. I live in an older home, and this house really felt like home to me, very comfortable, very familiar. My little westie loved it. She was very much at home there. And that is really saying a lot. We loved it. A nice front porch to sit and talk or drink coffee. A back porch to do the same. We walked around the neighborhood which had a lot of interesting homes with interesting architectural elements. And the location was very close to the National Park and bathhouses, etc.

Perfect cozy place!

If you're like us, and just like the elbow room and privacy of a house instead of being in a hotel te Matcha House was exactly what we wanted it to be. The walk to the bathhouses and shopping was an easy walk, good sidewalks, great opportunities to cross the streets at crosswalks. The house itself is a wonderfully laid out ~800 sf 2 bed 1 bath house, completely functional kitchen, full refrigerator, toaster, microwave, all the basics necessary for the times you don't feel like eating out. Our host, Kathleen, was an absolute gem! She updated me via text with great food and activities suggestions. We are at at least half a dozen of her suggestions for dining and weren't disappointed at all. 10/10 Highly recommend, it was a great experience 😁👌
