Enjoy the serenity of Uptown Hot Springs as this bungalow is immersed between trees and wooded area. Plenty of refreshing natural beauty here in the Natural State. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on the front porch to take it all in.

Furnishings include: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, pots and baking sheets, cooking utensils, crock pot, electric skillet, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons along with cookbooks in the back master on the bookshelf.

Clean family friendly, even though it was just my husband and I, quiet neighborhood just enough on the outskirts of everything. Still within close distance of hiking trails and downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a stay away from the business

Fantastic, well stocked, convenient location

The house is really cute and welcoming, kitchen is fully outfitted with any cooking and eating utensils you may need, I think I even spotted an air fryer! Location is convenient to downtown and the state park. Our group would definitely book again!

This home was so charming! Everything was clean and organized and decorated so cute. Perfect spot for a quick weekend trip or extended stay. Close to downtown but still a quiet area! We had a wonderful stay!

Family vacation

We took in alot of sites. My 4 year old granddaughter enjoyed the petting zoo, parks, going to the mine to look for gems. My 89 year old Dad enjoyed the casino, mineral bath and massage. It was great and if i went to the area i would stay there again.

We were in Hot Springs for a short stay! The Uptown Bungalow was perfect for us. Everything we needed, comfy beds and really nice bathrooms! Nice, quiet area. We highly recommend!

Perfect!

Check in/check out was a breeze! My group loved being that close to downtown but also being tucked away and in a private location. It was great to gather and sit out on the front porch after a day of exploring and catch up with the family. We definitely would stay again!

Quaint

Location was perfect for downtown activities, and tucked away far enough there was no noise from the hustle of downtown. For an older house, it is updated inside with everything needed to enjoy your stay. We would definately stay there again.

We had a great stay/experience. The house was stocked very well. Communication was also great. Neighborhood is mostly quiet with the exception of one person but the owner has little control over that and we understand. Overall we enjoyed it!

Property was great close to downtown district, was very clean, nice size for us, beds slept good, nice size living room and dining area for my family to enjoy, kitchen was fine and had all the things you need to enjoy the cooking area we ate out every meal, nice size tv, we was there to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday and enjoyed our stay

The property was exactly as listed. The neighborhood was not the most upscale, but it was quiet and we felt safe. Everything was extremely clean. We loved being close to all of the attractions and Central Ave. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying in Hot Springs.

Long weekend

Cute house, very clean with with up to date furniture and appliances. Area appeared less that desirable but had absolutely no problems or issues while there. Easy access to downtown.

Great stay

This was a great little house to stay in while in Hot Springs. The kids got to enjoy their own little room with trundle beds, and each couple got their own king size bed. It was clean. Instructions were simple. I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. Overall, it was great, and I’d recommend it to anyone!

Cute & comfy!

This little home was perfect for my parents and I during our short stay in Hot Springs. The house has all necessities and beds were comfortable. I left my down vest on accident when we checked out and contacted the owner to see if it could be mailed to me. Their response was quick and I received my vest that same week. Very impressed! Cute cottage home tucked away in Hot Springs!
