Two bedroom cabin, private lake, pet friendly

Our Prairie cabin design is influenced by all of the beautiful open areas of South Dakota. This is a 400 square foot cabin with two bedrooms both with a queen sized bed, one bedroom has a futon as well, a living area with a full size sofa bed for extra guests, kitchen table, and full kitchen and bathroom. This cabin has a nice porch area with beautiful views of the lake. There are patio chairs, a patio table, and grill on the porch. There are games and books to help you relax after a busy day exploring. There is no cable, and no TV but we do have wifi and there is great cell coverage. Maximum guests six people.

This cabin has a lake on site for your use. There is also a store on site where you can rent kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, and purchase any items you may have forgot. You can also purchase a license for catch and release fishing.

Less than 2 minutes up the road is Cold Brook Reservoir where you can enjoy more lake time and lake activities.

Our cabin is conveniently located just minutes from Hot Springs. In the town of Hot Springs you can enjoy restaurants, shopping, and many attractions including Evans Plunge Mineral Spring, Moccasin Springs Mineral Spa, The Mammoth Site, Pioneer Museum, World Fossil Finder Museum and much more.

This cabin is also located 10 minutes from Wind Cave National Park and 15 minutes from Custer State Park. Both parks boast a multitude of hiking trails and outdoor activities and Wind Cave provides cave tours. The town of Custer is 45 minutes away and Mount Rushmore National Monument is an hour and forty-five minutes away.
