Both homes feature king suites with plush bedding and ensuite bathrooms, complete with walk-in showers and luxurious rain showerheads. Additional rooms include queen bunk beds, queen beds with twin trundles, and bunk rooms offering a mix of queen and twin beds. The homes’ stylish bathrooms ensure every guest has space to refresh and recharge in comfort.

*** We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

The place was clean and looked nice. Some notes for the next person who books:- this is a duplex, not two houses as it appears from the photos. - each side of the duplex has a king room and a room with bunk beds on the second floor. The third floor has queen bunk beds and a twin bed on the landing and a trundle bed in a small room attached. There is no door to the “room” at the top of the house. The beds are just on the landing, which opens to the balcony.- the stairs are very steep, with no rooms on the first floor. This may impact those with impaired mobility.- the host notes that there will be curtains in May. They mean May 2026. Currently there are no curtains, and the king rooms have floor to ceiling windows. -the third floor is not supplied by central heat and cooling. It has separate units that function like window units with some efficacy.
