Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect house for our weekend getaway. We had 4 couples in our group. The horse races were rained out but we had a great time hanging out at the house.

Family Vacay

We enjoyed our stay and our time on the Lake. We unfortunately had some rain, so the movie theater was greatly appreciated! The home is super spacious with tons of amenities.

Great Family Reunion Site

House easily accommodated 12 family members who came from all over the country to celebrate a family reunion. Great accommodations, outdoor activities and wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Lake House

This property was the perfect house and location for our family Thanksgiving getaway. The home and surroundings are beautiful! Monica is a great host and very responsive to questions. The house was decorated for Christmas which was a bonus. She has a fully stocked kitchen!! Didn't need to travel with cooking dishes. I loved that everyone in our group had their own bedroom and en suite bathroom. The theater room was a hit with my boys. We will definitely stay here again!

Sisters retreat

The pictures do not do justice. This home is gorgeous and perfect in every way. It is the most perfectly equipped rental we have ever experienced. We said WOW so many times it seemed inadequate. You truly only need your food and clothes. They thought of EVERYTHING!! I hope everyone enjoys this house as much as we did.

Weekend Family Reunion

We had five mostly retired couples reuniting for an annual get-together. The grounds were beautiful and the property was quiet, at the end of a point on the lake so no traffic. The house was extremely well decorated inside with plenty of amenities, everything we could have wanted. All five bedrooms had nice private bathrooms and the bedding was comfortable. Each level had plenty of space both inside and outside (decks and patios and a huge hot tub) for lounging and visiting. It was also nice to have a covered permanent style dock on the water just below the house. The home theatre above the garage was off the charts fantastic with at least 10 big comfortable theatre style chairs to kick back in and the sound system was really great (must have had at least 20 speakers). This is a five star property in every way and was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!!!

Annual family gathering

Four generations gather each year on the same weekend. It was our first time to visit Hot Springs and the house was perfect! Something for everyone! We will be back.

Multi-generation family vacation

Great house, great lake, great amenities. We had a group of 14, ranging in age from 7 to 82, and everyone had a great time. Comfortable beds, a bathroom for each bedroom, enough seating inside and outside for everyone. The kayaks were in great condition, the pontoon was big enough for everyone, the lake was big and fun to explore. Owners were very responsive and friendly. We had a great trip!

Amazing House

This house was absolutely beautiful and set up perfectly for guests! Each bedroom has its own bathroom! Home included a kitchen plus a kitchenette with beautiful dishes, wine glasses, etc. Easy to access plugs bu all beds. But the best part was the view and access to the lake. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Awesome Rental Probably

We had 6 adults and 5 children; it was a very comfortable stay. It’s a peaceful location on the lake. Many places to lounge outside and relax; drink coffee in the morning. The internet worked very well in the house. For our group the theater room got the most use. It was great. We did have some internet connection issues trying stream in the theater room but we would eventually get movies to stream. The jacuzzi was very nice. It stayed hot the whole time. I would recommend staying here and I’m hoping to stay here again in the future.

Family vacation 2023

The house was absolutely perfect for us and our two sons and their family. The girls had their own bedroom and bathroom and we all know how teenage girls need their own space. The house was poor than stocked, it was overly stocked and we needed nothing. To top it off, the ice machines was a BIG PLUS!

Great house for groups

This house was great. We came down to enjoy the weekend at Oaklawn. This is 5 minutes away. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great. The only problem we had was in the theatre room. Monica was right on with problem and had it fixed before we left. Had a great weekend here and would rent this house again.

Wonderful Stay

The property is beautiful, well maintained and perfectly equipped. I loved that instructions were thorough and check in/check our process was easy. We had no issues with the temperatures of any room if you follow the instructions provided (some reviewed mentioned the upstairs bedroom being warm) -- with the fan on, and keeping the door closed, and blinds closed during the day it was cool and comfortable. Zero issues. we rented a pontoon and were able to board from the dock which is a huge plus when you have small children. The kids enjoyed the movie theater as well. Will certainly rent again in the future.

Family Reunion

Property and house are very impressive. Very clean. There is very easily room for 10 people (or more). We rented the pontoon boat, used it all day and motored to Fishers Wharf restaurant for dinner (food was EXCELLENT! We highly recommend Deluca's pizza in town too.) Kitchen was well stocked but bring your own baggies, foil, Tupperware, etc. Monica was a friendly and very responsive host...thank you!

Amazing getaway for our family!❤️

This lakehouse was amazing and had it ALL for our family of 10! The owners really thought of it all when designing this house! Every amenity you could imagine-hammocks, relaxing bed swing on the porch overlooking the lake, firepits, hot tub, jet skis right there on the lake to rent, two full kitchens, gorgeous spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. This place had a fabulous layout for family time, but plenty of levels and porch space for much needed quiet time to yourself! Monica was super attentive and always responded quickly! This was a much needed escape we needed! The property is simply gorgeous! We were so sad to leave! Even a rainy day didn’t ruin our stay. We embraced it by relaxing on the covered patio! The movie theatre was phenomenal and a great place for the teens to hang and sleep! However, the property and home was so awesome- we rarely spent any time up there! We will definitely be back again! Love love love!❤️❤️

Very nice, but some things to consider based on your group

The host always promptly replied to questions before we arrived and during our stay. The bedroom beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. It was a very nice stay, but not exceptional. I'm listing the items we noticed not as a negative review, but because they could impact your decision to stay. Occupancy is realistically 10-12. The pull outs in the media room are uncomfortable & not sleep-worthy. No bathroom in the common areas really is an issue, especially for those whose bedrooms are not on the 1st floor. The "railings" going to the upper and lower level are ropes. While aestetically pleasing, they offer no support and I contend would be worse than nothing if you needed to grab for balance. Some of our family members with aging knees rely on railings for support. The kayaks were "well loved" and could have used new cloth seats to replaced the ripped ones. We were a group of 11-14 people. We like to play family games and eat as a group. The upstairs table could squish 8 [6 comfortably] and the breakfast bar sat 4, which meant we couldn't eat or play as a group. The hot tub is older. Most of the jets didn't work, although it was clean and warm. The windows in the main living areas were painted shut. Check-in instructions said not to prop the doors open, but it was a sauna even with outside air temps in the high 70s, especially when cooking. Check-in instructions said AC would kick in if it was 95! We did have a very nice family reunion here.

Peaceful Lake House, Perfect for Families

My family visited for a week and had an amazing time at this house. It had everything we needed and more! The layout was great for a big group, with everyone able to spread out for alone time or all come together, and easily accommodated different sleeping hours without disturbing anyone. The deck was fabulous, probably the best outdoor living space I’ve experienced. It rained most days we were there and sitting in the hot tub watching the rain was very peaceful. The house was clean and cozy. We rented the pontoon for two days and enjoyed it as well. The location is great, on a small, quiet cove, and Monica was very fast and helpful responding when we had a question.
