The bathroom features a deep soaking tub with a hand sprayer and a heated bidet toilet, ensuring your comfort and convenience.

Perfect combination of luxury and nature

We loved our stay at The Nest. The bed was luxurious and the property had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well. We heard owls at night and woke to birds in the morning. Weā€™d definitely recommend a stay here!

The Nest is beautiful.

This property really allows you to feel like you are a part of the nature that surrounds it. It is well appointed and very unique. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will be back again.

Anniversary Stay

We enjoyed this unique experience for our anniversary weekend. Even with neighbors close by you still feel secluded and tucked away aside the hillside. We definitely recommend for a romantic getaway. We had a little trouble with check in, but the owner was fast to respond and resolved the issue.

This place looks just like itā€™s pictures, had everything we needed, and then some. The host was quick to respond, and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Me and my wife will definitely be back!!

Quiet & secluded

This was a great place to celebrate my 50th bday. It was quiet, Secluded, & secure. It was 15 to25 minutes from downtown Hot Springs (depending on route chosen or traffic). Check in was extremely easy. Nice amenities! Has upscale features...heated toilet seatšŸ˜¬ & amazing mattress & super comfy pillows! I wanted to take it home with me!!

Great Anniversary Trip

We stayed at the Nest at the end of July 2023. It is a unique experience with a comfy outdoor space that blends into the natural setting and super nice interior. The location is nice as it both away from the busy parts of the area, but close enough drive to the local attractions and dining in the area. It was plenty of space for the two of us and the bed was comfy. The host is very quick to respond with any questions or concerns and willing to go above and beyond to make sure the stay is great. I would definitely recommend the Nest for any couples wanting to reconnect together while in Hot Springs AR.

Perfection

This was absolutely perfect! We had a wonderful time. Communication with the host was great. The tent is gorgeous yet cozy and immaculately maintained. We enjoyed having a drink on the deck watching the leaves fall. It is very peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub, the outdoor shower and the soaking tub. This is a great place for honeymoons, anniversaries or just spending time away with your loved one. Birthday dinner at The Vault was outstanding.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at The Nest. The treehouse itself was unique , the hot tub was amazing, and it was a great setting for a romantic weekend away. It was easy to find and not as treacherous to get to but had the same scenic views as in the Smoky Mountains. One recommendation for the futureā€¦we would recommend posting the check out requests somewhere in the unit or including them with the check in instructions. We were disconnected for the weekend and not checking emails after we arrived, so we did not see the check out requests until a few hours after we had left. Overall, great experience and we would definitely book again!

The Perfect Weekend

This weekend was half Christmas present and half anniversary gift. We loved being away from everyone with a space of our own, yet conveniently located to all of our Hot Springs favorites. That patio was absolutely heavenly! I wish the big tub would have held water because I had dreams of soaking in it. That one tiny detail was the only thing I would change. The king size bed was clean and very comfortable. TVs were available but we never turned them on, instead choosing to sit on the patio and read. The hot tub was well maintained and offered a relaxing place to just be in our thoughts and enjoy our time. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We look forward to returning soon.

Not the best weather

When I was looking to book The Nest for a late January stay, I looked at the other reviews during cold months and couldnā€™t find anyone who commented on how the tent was in cold weather. I figured, if no one complained about it, it must not be an issue. Well as luck would have it, for the entire two days we were there, the temps only briefly got above freezing and we had intermittent freezing rain. I am her to tell you that The Nest in cold weather is about as comfortable as it can be. We decided against using the hot tub or braving the outdoor shower for obvious reasons but we couldnā€™t have been happier with our stay. In fact, the sound of freezing rain hitting the tent was actually kind of peaceful. We would like to go back when it is warmer but I absolutely donā€™t regret the cold weather visit.

Beautiful

We arrived at this property after dark and the address was fairly visible. The Instructions to enter the property and the house were clear and easy. Beautiful place to stay and despite the huge storm that rolled through, the African tent was great! It wouldā€™ve been nice to have property/house instructions, as getting in touch with the property manager was always somewhat delayed. The outdoor seating could use a ā€œcomfortā€ upgradeā€¦.pretty, but to sit too long was not comfortable. I would recommend staying here for sure! Itā€™s a unique, wonderful place to unwind for a few days.

Unique and beautiful property

The accommodations are top notch from the bedding to the hot tub to the kitchen to the bathroom. It is very private and has a large outdoor area for eating, lounging or hot tubbing. Love the outdoor shower!

Not your typical backyard tent

To say this cozy little hideaway is unique is an understatement. At times it feels like youā€™re in a treehouse from the view. Itā€™s the perfect amount of space for 2 and the rainy Saturday was ideal for staying in and binge watching TV

This place is one of a kind! Beautiful interior and exterior. Loved the hot tub the lighting inside and out. No steps to bring luggage up or groceries in. Not far from town. Grocery store as close as couple of miles. We could see lake Hamilton from the deck that circles the the home. Very quiet. Absolutely no disturbing noises. Highly recommend this destination!!!
