The Little Grey Lakehouse

Waterfront home with a large deck with a bed swing, outdoor dining & a hot tub overlooking the lake! Large, level back yard is unique to most lake properties and provides a great spot for a game of horseshows. Swim stairs lead you into 2.5 feet deep water and gradually 5-7 feet deep . Nice swim area with tie downs and bumpers for your boat right in front of the house!

The home is located on a quiet cove just outside the main channel. The cove is a "slow" zone for boats and provides a safe environment for swimming and paddleboarding.

The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals, with a charcoal grill in BBQ is more your style. The dining table can seat up to 8 people, with 4 additional barstools at the kitchen island. Patio dining table provides an outdoor option.

The home also has a large sunken den, bonus space (upstairs), wet bar and guest laundry. The main bedroom with ensuite bath is on the main floor (King bed). 3 more bedrooms are located upstairs (2 Kings and Queen. An all-seasons room is located off two of the upstairs bedrooms, with a great view of the lake. )- 2 with a beautiful lake view! Another full bath and a loft area with a sleeper sofa are also upstairs.

2-car garage and 2 additional parking spaces provide parking for four vehicles.

2 miles from Harp's grocery and McDonalds, 3.1 Miles from mini-golf and family park. 15 min from downtown and Oaklawn.

*Contactless check-in, grocery delivery nearby (Harp's and Walmart), strong internet, private spaces to work in when necessary, beautiful views/change of scenery!

4 Paddle-boards provided at NO additional charge, horseshoes and board games provided for entertainment at the home.

The lake does have an annual drawdown from November-Mid March

Our 2nd time staying here! Lake access is perfect for the kids! We enjoyed the paddle boards and hot tub. Fenced in yard for our dog was great too. Updated and clean property. We will be back!

Wonderful lake house

We all enjoyed this home big time. We had dogs, so the fenced, grassy yard was perfect for them. The lake is surprisingly warm. There is a near by grocery store which is nice. All of us enjoyed our stay and would book it again for sure!

Great place for a family!

Terry’s place was great for my family’s holiday get together! Lots of bedrooms, great open concept so everyone could chat, and we all loved the sunsets while enjoying the hot tub. We also had plenty of towels and room to park. Terry was also very responsive. Would definitely go back!

Loved this house!! Clean and beautiful view of the lake! Hot tub and the swing on the back porch over looking the lake was the icing on the cake! Highly recommend this house! The property owner was really great to work with as well and very responsive!

Quick weekend celebration!

The house has everything and is so cute! We loved the bed swing on the back porch and enjoyed sitting out there and enjoying the lake views! Terry was very responsive and accommodating! There were so many extras that were wonderful surprises like the 2nd refrigerator in the garage and the nice big pantry in the kitchen. The two coffee pots were very nice too! We were celebrating 3, 75th birthdays and it was a perfect house for our group!

Great place to stay in Hot Springs

This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and had plenty of room for our two families. The backyard is fenced in, which was appreciated when traveling with the family dog. The hot tub was a nice treat on the cool evenings and the owners do an excellent job keeping it maintained and clean for everyone’s enjoyment. The home is well-stocked with towels, toiletries and kitchen basics. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils to tackle anything you might want to while on vacation. Lastly, the host was super gracious and very responsive when communicating. We visited over Thanksgiving and Terry was kind enough to let us arrive early and leave a little later than normal, which was really appreciated. If you have a larger family, are traveling with multiple families, or simply want a place with plenty of space on the lake, then I strongly recommend this property!

Labor Day Get Together

This was a great space for our family to spend a long weekend at. There was more than enough room for seven adults and our two dogs. The bedrooms and living area were all spacious and comfortable. The backyard was fenced so that our dogs could run freely. We rented a boat for the two full days we were there, and it was just fine being tied up overnight. Paddleboards were a big hit as was the porch swing and hot tub. The only thing that could make the outdoor area better would be a dock to jump and swim off of since this cove is really ideal for that. We barbequed one night and made s'mores over the fire. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. There was even an extra refrigerator in the garage for the adult beverages. I will say that only one roll of paper towels was provided for a three-night stay and seven adults. Oh, and the tp was cheaper than what you'd find in an elementary school, so if that's important to you, you may want to bring your own. Those are really the only negative comments I have, which both don't take away from the amount of fun we had. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was pretty good, linens were nice and soft. Only bath towels are provided, so bring your lake towels. All in all, this was a very pleasurable stay and we definitely recommend it for small and large families!
