Cross Country Move

My family stayed for a rest day during our cross country move. The house was perfect and easy to get to. Very clean, relaxing, and close to the action of Hot Springs.

Cute property - good location!

Loved the modern yet cozy aesthetic and proximity to all the hot springs trails and baths! Location was convenient but also not near all the noise. Wish the info about parking and WiFi was ready and available upon checkin. Seems like a new property so they haven’t made a standard FAQ sheet for all guests yet. Overall great property!

Cute house in a good location

Our family, 2 couples and one child, used this VRBO for our overnight stay in Hot Springs. The beds were comfortable, The location was great, within walking distance of the main business/springs area. It is on a hill, downhill to town. The kitchen table was small and had only two chairs. There was a washer and dryer. We did have an issue with the tub in one bath. It only had hot water. Nice place!

Family Vacation

Communication at check-in time was challenging, because the host was travelling at the time. Once connected, she was gracious. The house was very nice, and well appointed. The only mislead was that there was to be a washer and dryer, according to the ad, but the washer and dryer were not there. Our stay was short, and we managed well without doing any laundry. Other than the initial problem, it was a nice place to stay.

Suggestions

Nice stay but I have some suggestions. They needed bath mats, more towels, and needed to change the burnt out light bulbs. They also needed benches in the bedrooms to put the extra pillows and pillow shams on. Luggage racks would have been nice too, as well as more than one cutting board. Nice, clean , well decorated and within walking distance of downtown. Property manager was very helpful.
