Right on the water

Welcome to a beautiful condo located right on Lake Hamilton! This is a super cozy and clean 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom- perfect for small families or a couples getaway! The master bedroom has a queen and its own bathroom. There is also a pull out twin bed ottoman in the master bedroom. There is a second full bath and sofa bed in the living room. Located on a very quiet part of the lake, this condo is unbeatable with peaceful lake access right off of the main canal.

The space
Rarely can a more cozy and desirably located condo be found! Enjoy Hamilton Shores 4 that has amenities galore- This condo has a kitchen, washer, and dryer. We offer WiFi and have a Smart TV in the living room . Guests can log into their favorite streaming service and watch their shows.

Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right in the backyard of this condo, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, or Gregg Orr Marina offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive!

Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!

Great time in Hot Springs

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Hot Springs. Particular highlights were the Garvan Gardens and our hike around the mountain. “Right on the Water” was great place to stay, it had everything that we need and the location was close to everything that we needed. We hope to return again in the future.

Definitely a great view of the lake

This condo was excellent during my stay close to everything clean and very comfortable. I come to Hot Springs quite often and normally stay in a hotel but I will definitely use this condo every time I stay from now on.

Lakeside Getaway

Lovely place to enjoy a weekend getaway! I took my mother on a Girls trip to Hot Springs and she loves to stay on the water. This gave her exactly what she wanted. Lovely place and very comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay. We were close to everything. Only downside was finding it at night off of a busy road. But, the stay was very nice and relaxing. Very clean and quiet.

Perfect get away!

It's a peaceful place with a great view. Clifford and Holly are great host. Any question or concern we had was answered readily. The condo was very clean and all the comforts of home are there. We loved watching the geese & ducks. Being able to fish right out back was fun. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs. The condo was perfect for our situation and very comfortable with all that we needed and more. The lake was beautiful and the location was excellent. It was most convenient to every thing that was enjoyed. Clifford was very helpful when we struggled with the lock. Strictly user error and we got the hang of it quickly.

Family vacation

Great Place for a Weekend Girls Getaway
