Quaint Cottage minutes to Oaklawn and Downtown

Cozy 1940's cottage, nestled in the heart of Hot Springs National Park. Enjoy the convenience of our location being minutes to downtown and just a few blocks to Oaklawn Casino and Racetrack. A short drive to any of our 3 lakes... Lake Hamilton, Lake Catherine, and Lake Ouachita. So many Fabulous local restaurant's within the downtown area, along with some great local breweries and distillery's. Easy access with a door keypad. Please note, to access the backyard, u have to go out of the kitchen door. We have a open kitchen with all your basics, including pots pans, toaster, microwave, blender, wine and bar accessories and a stocked coffee bar( fresh ground and K-cups provided) . Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided.
Wi-fi and Roku tv's ( u can log into ur accounts) in the living space and both bedrooms. Cozy living space with plenty of seating. Washer/dryer with pods and dryer sheets. Plenty of drawers and closet space for each bedroom. Completely fenced back yard with a charcoal grill for your use and a patio table and chairs. There is a long second drive that can accommodations a boat or extra parking. Our carport is a dusk till dawn so no light switch

Wonderful stay

The quaint cottage was just the right place for our family. It was close to all the activities we had planned in the Hot springs area. The house was all it was billed and we had an exceptional stay.

Family Reunion

Very comfortable accomodations. Easy location for downtown attractions. We met other family members (35) for a reunion at several larger VRBO's. I liked our place for quiet get away time

Lisa was a wonderful host and gave me recommendations on different areas to explore. It was definitely a nice surprise when I saw the pupcakes for my dogs after I had mentioned we planned this trip for one of our dogs birthday for a little adventure!

Great host, great location!

It was a great weekend getaway! Lisa was clear in her communication and everything was as expected. This location is a gem! Just a few minutes away from the national park and the bath house row.

Amazing hosts, close to everything

We stayed for an extended weekend. The hosts had everything ready for us and left the lights on since we were getting there after dark. It was a great place to stay with our dog as it has a fully fenced in back yard. It’s close to everything in hot springs and the interstate as well! We will absolutely book again the next time we are in town.

Great location!

Wonderful place to stay while in hot springs. This location was perfect for walking to Oaklawn and just a short drive to downtown. Everything was clean and in great condition. Excellent fenced in back yard for kids to play! Lisa had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay!

Easy to find. Nice quiet neighborhood. Decorated so cute to live up to the "cottage" name. Host was great and very responsive when needed. Would definitely recommend!

Rose Cottage is cozy and well appointed

All amenities are provided for (coffee/tea bar, real creamer, bottled water, snacks and bathroom essentials). Lisa Ann and Tony have thought of everything in cute 1940's cottage. Washer/dryer works great! Close drive to Bathhouse Row. Loved the electric candles in fireplace and the Fall decorations!!

Everything was just as described. Very clean and great communication. Fenced in backyard was perfect for our fur baby. Owner left snacks and bottled water in the frig for our arrival. We had everything we needed. Thanks!

cottage stay

cute and cozy cottage. The Christmas decor and goodies were such a welcome touch. It was clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood was not all that great, but it was quiet. There was a picture on the website of the front porch that was not at all what the cottage really looked like. All in all, it was a pleasant and nice experience.

Very relaxing

We’re two retired people who were pleasantly pleased dealing with the owner and opening the door to a cutely decorated, remodeled home. Clean, very roomy and comfortable. We never have been in Hot Springs before so it had a super great location for all attractions. Our dog loved the backyard and ability to roam around it without being on a leash. Thank you Lisa, great time.

Cute cottage!

My daughter and I went to Hot Springs for a mother/daughter getaway. When we first pulled up to the property, we were concerned about safety, as it is not in a great neighborhood, but we didn’t have any issues. We were there for three nights. The cottage is super cute, clean and well stocked. The owner was very communicative and ready to assist if we needed anything. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed Hot Springs and The Rose Cottage very much!

Cute cottage

Really one of the best vacation homes we’ve stayed at. Owner prompt on replies and assistance. Home very clean. Beds very comfortable. Husband now binging Ozark series on Ruku thanks to the tv options. This was central to all our adventures yet far enough away from busy areas. Would highly recommend a stay here.
